Tracy L. Weakley

President / CFO & Director
Ms. Tracy Weakley, a Certified Public Accountant, is an
Honors graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor
of Science in Accounting. Over the last eight years, she has
been responsible for the oversight and management of the
corporation's financial activities along with analyzing
accounting and operating data. She is also responsible for
maintaining the company’s information system and computer
network, as well as the production and submittal of all
investor reporting.
Ms. Weakley was formerly a Senior Auditor for a public
accounting firm based in Houston, where she supervised staff
members, provided value-added services to clients, and
performed a variety of reviews and audits on a diversified,
blue chip client base.
Ms. Weakley spent the first six years of her career with
Focal Corporation, where she progressed to Regional Manager.
Her duties included analyzing operating data, managing
revenue and expenses, and overseeing the operation of
twenty-one Blockbuster video stores.
