Ms. Tiffaney Jones is responsible for
the maintenance and liquidation of a multi-million dollar
portfolio of commercial and residential properties located
nationwide. This responsibility has included, among other
items, pre-foreclosure analyses, contract reviews and
negotiations, structuring owner-financed/land contract
deals, managing environmental and title concerns, and
monitoring the administration of operational ORE.
Ms. Jones is a graduate of the University of Houston. Prior
to her tenure with NCV, she managed a successful real estate
business, garnering expertise in residential real estate
sales and marketing. Using her skills and acumen in the
field of residential sales, Ms. Jones has successfully
orchestrated transactions resulting in
increasing
year-to-year revenues.
