Ora Fitzsimmons
Collateral Supervisor
Mrs. Ora Fitzsimmons has over ten years experience in the
title, mortgage, and asset management fields. She currently
oversees the file review of all loans purchased by NCV. She
also is responsible for oversight of the preparation of
assignments for all of the various types of legal
documentation required on NCV’s loans and for the managerial
guidance of the staff in the Collateral department.
Mrs. Fitzsimmons previously was self-employed in the real
estate market, specializing in pre-foreclosures which
included the purchase, re-habilitation, and marketing of
residential homes.
