Mark Schmutz

President
Mr. Mark Schmutz is a 1987 graduate from the University of
Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr.
Schmutz is responsible for servicing the largest loans NCV
holds in their portfolios. Since joining the NCV team in
2004, Mr. Schmutz has recovered over $36,000,000 in
principal, interest, and legal fees. He also assists in
providing guidance and support to the other Asset Managers,
as well as work closely with outside counsel to better
maximize efforts.
Mr. Schmutz was a Vice President & Manager in the Asset
Recovery Department for Wells Fargo/First Interstate Bank
prior to his work with Frost National Bank and Metro Bank as
a Vice President, Special Assets. He has over twenty-three
years experience in the banking industry.
