Jerome Johnson

President
Mr. Jerome Johnson is a 1983 graduate of San Jacinto College
with a degree in Real Estate and also attended University of
Houston with a focus in Finance. Mr. Johnson supervises and
serves as a mentor to NCV’s Asset Managers. With this
supervision, he ensures collection efficiency in accordance
with NCV’s internal policies and procedures. Due to the
Asset Managers job function being absolutely critical to
NCV’s success, he reports directly to executive management
regarding this oversight, with daily updates being
discussed. Mr. Johnson also reviews outside retained
lawyers’ performance to maximize legal efficiency and
minimize legal cost and assists with loan acquisitions and
analysis as necessary. He is one of the longest tenured
members on the NCV team.
Mr. Johnson was formerly a certified formal commercial
credit/lender with First Interstate Bank of Texas. He has
over twenty-seven years of experience in commercial real
estate loan loss mitigation, collections, workouts,
foreclosures, litigation and post adjudicated debt remedies.
Mr. Johnson has conducted over 5,000 real property
foreclosures during his career.
