James M. Hrebenar

Mr. James
Hrebenar is a 1983 graduate of Duquesne University with a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major
in Accounting. In 1998, he assisted in the set up and
formation of NC Ventures, Inc., and is responsible for the
day-to-day operations of the company. This responsibility
has included, among other items, overseeing the purchase,
servicing, and disposition of over 11,000 loans contained in
over 300 portfolios split between nine different Partnership
Ventures. The principal balance of these portfolios exceeds
$840 million.
Over the previous fifteen years, Mr. Hrebenar supervised
management and leasing, and also had the billing and
collection responsibilities for more than 20 commercial real
estate properties throughout Texas and Tennessee, valued at
several hundred million dollars.
Mr. Hrebenar began his career with the U.S. Treasury
Department, examining National Banks throughout New England.
