Mr. Brad Hrebenar attended the University of Texas, and has
been working with problem assets since 1996. He is
currently responsible for the oversight of NC Venture’s
fourteen asset managers, who currently manage over 4200
loans. This oversight includes, but is not limited to:
assistance and approval of settlement negotiations;
providing collection advice and legal guidance; monitoring
legal expenses to budget; quarterly projection revisions;
and assuring the company’s collection procedures are
followed and meet the original stated goals and objectives.
Mr. Hrebenar was also responsible for oversight of the
design and development of the company’s proprietary Loan
Evaluation And Documentation System (“LEADS”) and continues
to assist in the maintenance and growth of the computer
network. Other responsibilities include the continued
research and implementation of new technology.
His previous collection experience has included work on the
recovery of medical, credit card, auto, and other commercial
debt, along with both residential and commercial mortgage
recovery.
