NC Ventures, Inc. (NCV) is a Texas
Corporation that originated in 1998. The company was founded
by Michael Hrebenar and is 100% owned by the Hrebenar
family.
NCV was created
to serve as the general partner for various joint ventures.
NCV, with its institutional investors, has purchased in
excess of $1 billion in bank assets since its inception. The
purchases are made through a series of Delaware Limited
Partnerships with NCV or its affiliates being the General
and Managing Partner. The Limited Partners have included the
endowment funds of several major universities as well as
several large money management firms.
NCV’s main office is located
in Houston, Texas.
